it's been a couple of days now since barrack obama won the presidential election and created history for being the first (although only half) black president of the United States.
And the buzz is still going on.
Around the whole world.
Why?
because it is suppose to symbolise the beginning of the ending of discrimination against coloured people.
against the minorities.
against the migrants.
But really. Is it so?
We Malaysians have been through a supposedly political tsunami earlier this year. I see no changes yet.
Except maybe a bit more name-calling in parliament these days.
I sure wouldnt put too much hope on Obama, if i'm a US citizen.
Then again. Maybe i'm just being impatient.
The world isn't created in one day, right?
